1. Senior Technician

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure Restaurant / Office equipment in working condition
  • Coordinate with restaurant on repair / maintenance work according to the wok schedule given by Supervisor
  • Ensure timeliness in completing assigned jobs
  • May assist to track and update maintenance expense reports
  • Up keeping of company vehicle
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required by the Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Possess at least 1 year track record with hands-on experience of technical inclines such as plumbing, simple furniture fittings, changing of light-bulbs and machine trouble shooting on chiller, freezer, burner and fryer
  • Preferably with vocational certification such as NITEC in electrical / electronic / mechanical engineering or related
  • Able to read and converse basic English & Chinese
  • Independent & good team player
  • Preferably with Class 3 driving license
  • Willing to work during weekends and public holidays if necessary

2.Service Crew

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer promptly and provide excellent customer service
  • Ensure smooth operations to achieve good customer satisfaction
  • Clearing table and ensuring cleanliness in workplace
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Pleasant and cheerful personality
  • Willing to learn and has passion for service industry
  • Training and career development provided
  • Able to perform shift duty and work on weekends and public holidays

3. Kitchen Crew

Responsibilities: :

  • Prepare cold foods and raw foods, slice meat and wash vegetables
  • Receive and store food supplies, equipment and utensils in storage area
  • Maintain good food hygiene and kitchen safety practices
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisor

Requirements:

  • Good and positive working attitude
  • Strong passion for food and enjoy cooking
  • Able to adapt warm, oily & high humidity environment
  • Good understanding of procedures related to kitchen operation
  • Able to perform shift duty and work on weekends and public holidays
